Return Policy
At Healing Hearts & Minds Counseling, we are committed to providing quality services and products. Please review our return policy for purchases made through our website:
1. Services: Payments for therapy sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.
2. Products (e.g., Journals, Digital Downloads):
Physical Products: Returns for physical products (e.g., journals) are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
4. Process for Returns: To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at adreanne@healing-heartsandminds.com with your order number and reason for the return. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
