Getting Started with Therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a big step- and you don't have to have everything figured out to begin.

This is a space where you can show up as you are and begin moving toward something different.

Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation

Reach out to schedule your first appointment. This is your opportunity to share what’s been weighing on you and begin exploring what support could look like for you.

Step 2: Complete Your Intake Forms

Before your first session, you’ll receive a few forms to review and complete. These help us make the most of our time together and better understand your needs. All forms must be completed BEFORE your first session.

Step 3: Prepare for Your First Session

You don’t need to have the “right words.” Just come as you are. If it feels helpful, you can think about what’s been on your mind or what you hope will feel different in your life.
