HI, I’m Adreanne -- the founder and clinical director of Healing Hearts & Minds Counseling.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who works with adults who are used to being the strong one--showing up for others, managing responsibilities, and keeping things together while often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.

In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns behind what you're experiencing and helping you respond in ways that feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Professional Spotlight

I have appeared as a mental health expert on TV One's Fatal Attraction, proving professional insight into psychological and relational dynamics explored in the episode.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people - what they carry, what they hide, and what they're sill trying to make sense of.

This work matters to me because I believe everyone deserves a space where you don't have to perform, hold everything together, or have all the answers. You don't have to continue pushing through, showing up for others, or trying to meet expectations.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, be honest with yourself, and begin understanding what you need in order to feel more like yourself again.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in connection, collaboration, and helping you understand not just what you’re experiencing--but why.

I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and parts work (Internal Family Systems), with additional approaches like EMDR (trauma processing) when helpful.

Together, we"ll gently explore your inner experience with curiosity and compassion so you can better understand yourself, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding.

Areas I Support
You don't have to fit into a specific category to benefit from therapy. You may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or feeling constantly “on edge”

  • Emotional overwhelm or burnout

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or others

  • Depression or emotional numbness

  • Perfectionism or fear of getting it wrong

  • Imposter syndrome or self-doubt

  • People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries

  • Relationship challenges or communication struggles

  •  Identity exploration or feeling unsure of who you are

  • Stress related to caregiving, parenting, or life transitions

  • Trauma and emotional regulation challenges
